Sabz Monokini: Haute Couture or Horribly Hideous?

The facts: this is a navy blue striped monokini from Sabz Swimwear. It has a ring accent at the center, the top ties at both the neck and the back, pads are included in the top, and there is moderate coverage from the bottoms.

The good: navy blue is a very hot color this season, perfect if you do not want to go with a standard black and white combo, so as not to be too sedate, but you do not want to be too ostentatious either. As well, monokinis are extremely popular this swimswear season.

The bad: oy … so much, at least in my personal estimation. This suit looks like it is supposed to be some kind of optical illusion. On the bright side, it is the perfect suit to wear if you are looking to hypnotize all those obnoxious guys on the beach who do nothing but stare at your breasts. I am not a huge fan of the stripes here, especially as a “complement,” if you can call them that, to the floral bottoms. It is just a bit too busy to be anything but ooogly to me.

Animal prints, animal prints, animal prints — they are everywhere! Of course, you usually just see some kind of leopard print or something like that. In spite of animal prints being all the rage, there is not a lot in the way of variation.

Sabz Luxury decided to take care of that with their 2009 swimsuit collection. I myself am not usually a fan of animal prints, but even I have to admit that this monokini is just too cute for words!

Forget leopards, how do you fancy a giraffe print? And in green, no less, which is taking the place of black for swimsuits this season, or so it seems. Nor does Sabz go overboard, by making the entire suit a giraffe print. Rather, as you can see, the top is balanced by a different pattern altogether — and some very perfectly placed flowers, no less!

Sabz Swimwear is by far some of the sexiest swimwear in the world – while the quality is fantastic and all, Sabz is not known for their quality, they are known for their sex appeal and that is exactly what you get with this particular swimsuit. This swimsuit has molded cups and even an underwire, for those of you women that are just looking to look hot on the beach and not actually attempt to get wet.

Another thing about this swimwear is that you can actually mix and match the top and the bottom with other things by Sabz and personally, I love that. That way, if you buy three swimsuits, you can mix and match them and switch them all up!

While Sabz might be an expensive swimwear brand, it is definitely a brand that is for a woman who wants to get noticed and be sexy – so keep that in mind!

SABZ is the leading swimsuit brand in Peru. Their suits are wonderfully colorful and beautifully cut. The Trikinis are gorgeous, and actually all the suits are beautiful. They add a lot of wonderful detailing and they are all very feminine. Combining polka dots with stripes is a wonderful idea. These suits are all very unique and interesting. The pictures below are from the 2007 collection, so you can get an idea of the design and detailing that go into each of the SABZ swimsuits.
